At Sangham, we aim to process and ship your order within 2-3 days of receiving it. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, with delivery expected within 14 days.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your shipping details, including tracking information, so you can stay updated on the status of your delivery.


Returns

As a small business, we are currently unable to accept returns for purchases. Each piece in our collection is thoughtfully designed with elements that allow for an adjustable fit, providing more flexibility in sizing to ensure a comfortable fit for a range of body types.

Damages and Replacements

Quality is extremely important to us, and each piece is carefully inspected before it reaches you. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at official.sangham@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item to ensure that you’re satisfied with your purchase.

Customs & Duties

As all orders are shipped from India, please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the price of the order.

U.S. Orders: Orders under $800 USD are generally exempt from customs duties, but taxes may still apply.
Canadian Orders: Goods valued over CAD $20 may incur duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
